Georgia Trustees Annual Wine & Spirits Challenge Announces its 5th Annual Competition

The payment and submission of documents date is Wednesday, July 31, 2019. Delivery of submissions to Atlanta Improvement Company must take place no later than Friday, August 2, 2019. Both wines and spirits will be judged again at Kennesaw State University on August 10 (spirits) and 11 - 12 (wines, meads, and ciders).

On October 28, 2019 wineries, meaderies, ciders and distilleries operating in Georgia will be honored for products made in Georgia at the annual Georgia Trustees Wine Competition Gala. The reception will feature gold medal winners in all those areas at a grand tasting along with passed light hors d’oeuvres. Dishes for the reception and following the banquet will reflect the culinary traditions of the South, especially Georgia. During the three -course banquet, the top awards will be announced and the grand trophies and other honors presented to their recipients. Tickets for the gala will be available for purchase soon.
